We stand behind the fit of every Oblik interface. To keep the process clear and practical, we offer two versions of our Fit Guarantee based on shipping destination: a Full Fit Guarantee for U.S. customers and a Basic Fit Guarantee for international customers.

Full Fit Guarantee for U.S. Customers

• We guarantee that your Oblik interface will fit your face exactly and will significantly improve your comfort in VR
• If you encounter any fit or comfort issues, you have 30 days to easily report them through our mobile app
• Based on your specific issues, we may choose to send you up to one replacement or offer you a refund
• If any replacement still does not address your issues, we will offer you a refund
• We will provide prepaid postage for any returns and will issue the refund once the return is received

Basic Fit Guarantee for International Customers

• We guarantee that your Oblik interface will fit your face exactly and will significantly improve your comfort in VR
• If you encounter any fit or comfort issues, you have 30 days to easily report them through our mobile app
• If we are able to resolve the fit or comfort issues, you’ll have the opportunity to order a replacement
• You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, while we will cover all other expenses
