Oblik Design Two Year Anniversary Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Oblik Design 2-Year Anniversary Giveaway (“Giveaway”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is organized and sponsored by CustomFitVR LLC, based in San Diego, California, United States (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the following countries where Oblik Design currently ships: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

  • Employees, contractors, or agents of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

  • Void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter

  • Download the Oblik iOS app from the Apple App Store.

  • Complete a face scan and request a Virtual Prototype.

  • Submit your 10-digit Prototype ID via the official giveaway entry form during the entry period.

  • Invalid or non-existent Prototype IDs will be ignored.

  • Limit one entry per person.

  • Entries that are incomplete, generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means will be void.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway entry period will begin on September 5, 2025 and close on September 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Prizes

  • A total of 30 prizes will be awarded across all supported headsets (Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S, and Valve Index).

  • The specific interface each winner is eligible to redeem will be determined by the Virtual Prototype generated from their scan.

  • No substitutions or transfers of Virtual Prototypes are permitted. Each prize is tied to the dataset originally submitted with the entry.

  • Each winner will receive a unique redemption code valid for 30 days.

  • Redemption codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the winner who received them.

  • Winners in the United States will receive free shipping. International winners must pay for shipping.

  • To redeem, winners must place an order through the Oblik iOS app on an iPhone, using Apple Pay, with a $1 payment required at checkout.

  • Winners are not obligated to redeem their prize.

  • Approximate retail value of each prize ranges from $49 to $89 USD depending on headset type.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • Each winner’s eligible product will correspond to the headset selected when generating their Virtual Prototype.

  • Winners will be notified by email (using the address submitted with their entry) within 7 days.

  • If a winner does not redeem within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.

  • Sponsor is not obligated to select an alternate winner in the event of forfeiture.

7. Fit Guarantee and Limitations

  • All interfaces are covered by the Oblik Fit Guarantee. This includes free remakes for fit issues.

  • The Fit Guarantee applies only to remake requests related to fit, and does not cover other forms of damage, misuse, or wear.

  • Interfaces received through this Giveaway are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that Oblik Design may use their first name, country, and any voluntary testimonials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

No personal scan data or facial models will be shared publicly.

9. General Conditions

  • Submission of the entry form constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if technical or operational issues arise.

  • Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or unauthorized intervention.

  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving or redeeming the prize.

  • All decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final.

10. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entrants acknowledge that any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in San Diego County, California, United States.
